Meet the Team

Harmon loves music. Always has. His first taste of the professional world of the music industry came when he was in college at NC State University. He began working at the college radio station, changed majors and never looked back. He soon met the first band he would ever manage, Hootie and the Blowfish, and guided their career through three #1 releases, more than 25 million records sold world-wide, multiple awards including Grammy’s, MTV Music Award, Billboard’s Artist of the Year and more. Harmon went on to manage two other artists to #1 records. In his career Harmon has run management companies, record labels, and label services/distribution companies. Today, Harmon and Heinemann form the nucleus of Vere Music Co, a unique label services team with global distribution from the Warner Music Group’s independent distribution arm, ADA.

I truly enjoy the people side of what I do, just as much as the details. Building strong relationships and getting to know the people behind the work is what makes it meaningful. Outside of work I enjoy playing pickleball, dancing or learning something new!

With a strong passion for music and a heart for helping artists grow, Caleb brings a background in artist management to his work at Vere. He graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Commercial Music and has experience helping artists navigate releases, strategy, and long term planning. Thriving at the intersection of creativity and organization, Caleb helps turn big ideas into clear, executable plans, making sure music is positioned well, released well, and reaches the people it is meant for.

Gabby is a musician at heart with a strong foundation in diverse genres, her first love being worship music. She is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Music at Lipscomb University, concentrating on music industry studies and worship arts. Drawing on experience in marketing and artist collaboration, she blends her creative insight, compassionate attitude, and industry knowledge to support artists and projects that deeply connect with audiences.
